Joel Miller serves as the Chief Safety Officer for VitaLink Communications, bringing more than two decades of experience in electrical construction, safety leadership, and workforce training. Since 2002, Joel has been dedicated to developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs that protect employees, promote compliance, and create a culture of safety excellence across construction environments.

Joel holds electrical licenses in multiple states and combines extensive field experience with advanced safety credentials, including Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), and Safety Management Professional (SMP). His unique combination of hands-on electrical expertise and professional safety training allows him to effectively identify hazards, implement preventative measures, and provide practical solutions tailored to real-world jobsite conditions.

As Chief Safety Officer, Joel oversees VitaLink Communications’ safety initiatives, leads all company safety meetings, conducts employee training, and ensures that safety procedures align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. His commitment to continuous improvement, education, and proactive risk management has been instrumental in building a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
